Our involvement at an early stage of a project may often save time and money as we have a good working relationship with local contractors and designers. Our professional and experienced staff are on hand to visit and monitor site works on a regular basis, record and monitor progress to give accurate cost and timescale forecasts to the client when required.

We have recently project managed the refurbishment of a 35 room surf lodge in Newquay which involved the total gutting of an existing building, structural alterations and extension to the rear. We made a point of controlling costs on a weekly basis ensuring that the client’s original budget was never exceeded.
