CDC was formed in October 2006 by Matthew Crompton, the company’s Managing Director. His intention of doing this was to form a multi disciplinary consultancy that would provide all types of engineering services at a most competitive price.

He was most successful and, over the last two years, the company has grown under Matthew’s direction, and has seen its many projects successfully designed and safely constructed.

Matthew is chartered by both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Highway Engineers. He has over fourteen years engineering design and construction experience.
